This stunning new store is the latest in the Thilakawardhana chain and a major upgrade to Kurunegala’s retail landscape. The transformation required major renovations to an existing building — reimagining it completely to reflect the brand’s high standards.

What truly brought this project to life was the tireless collaboration and unwavering support of everyone involved. We are deeply grateful to the client’s team for their trust and partnership; the interior fit-out contractors, façade and ceiling teams, and MEP specialists for their precision and dedication; the teams behind signage, lighting, AC, and electrical work for meeting every challenge head-on; and most importantly, the Thilakawardhana Textiles staff, who worked around the clock in the final days to handle stocking and visual merchandising—all in time for the Sinhala and Tamil New Year season.
